HoopStamp is designed for fast two-team entry. The visiting roster stays on one side, the home roster stays on the other and the active five move to the top. A statistician selects the player first and records the action second, reducing the search and scrolling that cause missed plays.
Coaches can create teams, add colors and logos, invite players and import rosters. League and tournament organizers can use guided Excel templates for teams, schedules and bracket setup, including multiple games per day, court numbers, tournament days and start times. Players already on HoopStamp add the new schedule to their existing account.
Completed public games can show final scores, period scoring, shot charts and player box scores. Both coaches can approve the official game record, and the saved rule preset shows how the competition was played. Coaches can view team statistics, while player cards and individual sharing remain available only for active paid or sponsored player accounts.

Yes. Every team must have at least one coach, and the first two coach accounts per team are included. Additional coach seats are $4.99 per month.
Yes. A coach, team or league can sponsor player access for a selected number of athletes and months. When sponsored access ends, the data remains saved and becomes visible again after reactivation.
