Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026

By creating an account or using HoopStamp, the adult account owner agrees to these terms.

1. Parent-managed accounts

HoopStamp is designed for parents and legal guardians to document a youth athlete’s basketball activity. The adult creating an athlete profile must be at least 18 and have authority to submit, upload, and publish the athlete’s information. Coach accounts are for adult coaches.

2. Athletes under 13

The parent must complete HoopStamp’s separate parental-consent process before entering information for an athlete under 13. Under-13 profiles are private by default. A public player profile requires a separate parental choice. Parents can revoke consent, export information, or delete the athlete’s data. See the Children’s Privacy Notice.

3. User-submitted statistics

Statistics, scores, shot locations, photos, videos, and coach information are submitted by users. HoopStamp does not guarantee that these records are official, complete, or error-free. Coach verification is an additional review signal, not certification by a school, league, governing body, or recruiting service.

4. Public profiles

When public access is authorized and enabled, the athlete’s profile, statistics, photos, highlights, social links, and recaps may be viewed, shared, and indexed by search engines. Parents may disable public access from the athlete profile.

5. Memberships

Parent memberships renew automatically monthly or annually until canceled. Current pricing and the billing interval are shown before Stripe checkout. Coach accounts are free but do not include parent live-stat tracking. See the Billing and Refund Policy.

6. Coach Clutch and generated content

Coach Clutch and game recaps may use artificial intelligence. They are informational tools and may make mistakes. They do not provide medical advice, guarantee recruiting outcomes, or replace qualified coaches, athletic trainers, educators, or healthcare professionals.

7. Acceptable use

Users may not impersonate another person, publish content without permission, harass minors, upload unlawful or harmful material, manipulate coach verification, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, or use HoopStamp to make false recruiting claims.

8. Ownership and permission

Users retain ownership of content they submit and grant HoopStamp the permission needed to host, process, display, and share that content according to their settings and parental-consent choices. HoopStamp names, logos, software, and original designs remain HoopStamp property.

9. Account suspension and termination

HoopStamp may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten users, the service, or payment systems. Users may delete their account and associated athlete data from the account controls.

10. Service availability

HoopStamp is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to preserve game data and service availability but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Users should review saved game information after reconnecting from an offline session.
