Email support@hoopstamp.com. Include the account email and a short description. Never send your password, full card number or OpenAI/Stripe credentials.

Account access

Use Forgot Password to request a secure reset link. Check spam or promotions folders if the message does not arrive.

Billing

Open Player Profile → Membership → Manage Billing to update payment information or cancel renewal. For an unexpected charge, include its date and amount in your support email.

Game data

HoopStamp saves live state to the account and temporarily to the device during connectivity loss. Reopen the same game after reconnecting and allow it to sync before entering duplicate statistics.

Public profiles and safety

Parents can disable the public profile from Edit Player. To report an unauthorized profile, inaccurate public information or inappropriate media, email us with the public profile link and your relationship to the athlete.

Coach verification

Parents can click an UNVERIFIED badge to resend the request. Coaches can use the invitation link to sign in or create a free coach account, then verify or correct the submitted line.
